Give me a call to start your estate plan today! I will gather some information from you over the phone and set up a time for your Free Initial Consultation to discuss your goals and needs and to determine the flat fee for your estate plan. I can also prepare individual documents if you do not need a complete estate plan.

Estate Planning Questionnaire

I will email or mail the questionnaire to you for you to fill out and bring to our first meeting. Don't worry if you don't have all the requested information. We will cover everything on the questionnaire in detail at the Free Initial Consultation.

Free Initial Consultation

(60 minutes in-person)

Bring your completed Estate Planning Questionnaire with you to the Free Initial Consultation. We will go through your Estate Planning Questionnaire in detail.
At this consultation, we will discuss your estate planning goals, questions, and concerns. I will give you all the information you need to make informed decisions about your estate plan.
I understand that estate planning can be a sensitive topic. I approach our relationship with compassion and an open mind. I strive to make this process comfortable, efficient, and effective for you. My job is to listen to you and provide professional legal advice that aligns with your values, wants, and needs.

Summary of Your Estate Plan & Phone Consultation

(30-minute phone call)

After our meeting, I will mail you a summary of your estate plan for your review. We will schedule a phone consultation to go over the summary and make any changes necessary. At the end of this phone call, we will schedule a convenient time for you to come into the office to sign your documents.

Document Signing

We will review your Estate Planning Documents once more together as you sign them. I am a notary public, so I will notarize and provide two witnesses for the signing.

Follow Up

Every three years I will send you a letter reminding you to review your estate plan. The firm will also periodically mail or e-mail invitations to educational events we host, as well as any updates to the law that may affect your estate plan.  Please contact me if you need to update your documents or if you ever have any questions regarding your assets or estate plan.
